Not A Singlemoment off to a flying start

Jan 31, 2014

Not A Singelmoment kicked off her racing career with a perfect start by taking out the Yellowglen Fillies three year old Maiden Plate at Eagle Farm on Wednesday.

Jumping from barrier eight in the field of nine, the filly was forced to travel wide in the run but it didn't stop her, she accelerated in the straight and pulled away to score comfortably by two lengths.

Out of the Searoad mare, Dancing Faith, Not A Singlemoment was bred by her owner Joe Rapisada and she became the fifth individual winner from the dam which have all been raced by Joe and trained by Steven O'Dea.

O'Dea was very pleased by the win and will possibly look at stepping her up to Saturday Metropolitan grade for her next start.
